Payment
Payment is due upon order. Your item(s) will be shipped as soon as payment has cleared. If payment is not received within 3 days of your order we will attempt to contact you. If no payment is received within 7 days, we will cancel your order and re-list the item(s).
Shipping
All packages are sent by international airmail. Your package should normally arrive within 7-10 business days from date of posting. Sometimes it can take longer due to postal delays outside our control. If you are buying multiple items, please feel free to contact us for a combined shipping price.

All ZuluBeadz products are hand crafted, therefore each piece is unique! Although every effort has been made to show the jewelry and accessoires as accurately as possible, dimensions and colors may vary slightly.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are very welcome. If you would like a matching set to any item, or create your own ZuluBeadz design, please text us with your request and we will be more than happy to arrange it! If making a custom piece, we will ask you to pay a deposit, depending on the type of jewelry to be created.
